Day #25 : I’m 1/4 Done!
We made it to the ¼ way mark, people!! This form is called Decima and it involves a lot of ABC rhymes, 10 lines, and 8 syllables per line!
My Fall
I think I like fall more than spring.
I used to yearn for new flowers
Unfolding with warming hours
But now I enjoy summers brink
The leaves slow churn to orange from green
The forest does soon devour
All moisture from thundershowers
Leaving crisp twigs and open doors
For spirits to roam our pale shores
ghouls and ghosts sing their sweet hymns
Enchanting elk as our sun dims
This sultry lure fall has in store
